The parallel-twin engine that is liquid-cooled is designed with an oversquare design. It features a 92mm bore and 81.5-millimeter stroke, giving it a total of 1,083 cc displacement and a moderate 10.1-to-1 compression ratio.
Honda’s Unicam valvetrain helps keep the top end clear of obstructions by controlling every single valve with its onesie.
The classic-looking headlight of a Cyclops is a hit, and not just only four LED projectors to illuminate the darkness. The flangeless 3.6-gallon fuel tank adds its camel’s hump fly line, which is ahead of the standard solo saddle.
Chassis/Suspension and Brakes
The Rebel family generally isn’t a lot to be imagined and the tubular frame is clearly evident from stem to stern. The trail and the rake have been positioned to give a bit of stability with angles of 28° and 4.3 inches, respectively.
A set of 43mm Telescopic juice forks lift the front on 5.5 inches, while two Showa shocks manage the rear with 3.7 inches. Both are adequate for roads that are paved.
A preload adjustment option is not the sole adjustment to the suspension that is available, however, it is applicable to both ends, not only the rear.
If combined with the powerful posture offered by the triangle of the rider and the raked trail, it will provide ample power and control at a low effort, even when riding at high speed.
